- Powerful New Punched Grid optimises current flow to prevent pole plate growth and shortening of life due to short circuits in service
- Micro Fibres and Special Tissue improve the adhesion of electroactive materials applied to the surface of the pole plates, helping batteries to last longer
- Calcium-High Tin Alloy makes the pole plates more robust, preventing shortened life due to deformation and corrosion, and minimises electrolyte reduction during charge and discharge, preventing shortened life due to deformation and corrosion
- Substrates manufactured with Specialised Processing Methods optimise interfacial bonding with electroactive materials to maximise the lifetime of the pole plate component materials until they are completely used up
- Special additives applied to the electroactive material in the battery make the crystal structure and organisation of the electroactive material uniform and robust, ensuring that it remains durable even under harsh use conditions, resulting in a long lifespan
- Optimised and efficient design of the venting path prevents end of life due to electrolyte reduction in use
